Honestly? You don't need to. Find two or three you trust and ignore the rest — new doesn't mean better, it usually just means new. The good ones will still be there in a year; most of the others won't.

Half of them are the same operation with a different lick of paint anyway. Look past the logo and the lobbies start looking suspiciously familiar.
