how do you get verification photos accepted first time

Third rejection and counting. My driving licence photo keeps getting knocked back and the site's not telling me why. What's the trick to getting these accepted?

Daylight, flat surface, all four corners visible, no glare on the hologram, and the whole document in shot — don't crop it tight. Take it like you're photographing it for insurance, that mindset helps.

Same struggle, and what finally worked for me was putting it on a dark table by the window and holding the phone directly above. Sounds daft but glare was my killer.
