how long should kyc actually take

Sent my documents in days ago and heard nothing. What's a normal timeframe before I start pestering them?

If your documents are clean, a couple of days is typical. Past a week with no response, get on live chat and ask for a timescale in writing — that usually wakes them up.

Mine took over a week once because one bill was out of date and they didn't tell me. Worth double-checking everything's in date before you send it.
